The New Hope Resource Center is a faith-based ecumenical social service organization. We are supported by local churches and by generous community contributions.

Our mission is to serve basic human needs in North Spokane County including the communities of Riverside, Elk, Chattaroy, Colbert, and Mead. We do this without prejudice or discrimination, following Christ's example.

In addition, we provide emergency food through the services of North County Food Pantry located in Elk, Washington.

  1. Get $60 in gas every 6 months

  2. Get $15-20 in toiletry items every other month (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, razors, laundry detergent, dog/cat food etc.)

  3. Use our free clothing and free household items store

  4. Get help with emergency assistance (utility or rent) or use our financial assistance for work supplies, car parts, or other possible assistance

  5. Seniors/Disabled chore assistance or transportation when no other assistance available

  6. Plus – cookies & coffee served daily

  7. Only 19 minutes from the Food Bank on your way to Spokane right off Hwy 2 (try car-pooling – lots of people visit us from Chattaroy and Elk)
